Payment and Delivery
1. General Shipping Information
1.1 Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the total weight of the shipment in the shopping cart.
1.2 Shipping prices listed in this document are indicative and may vary depending on:

the selected delivery method,

the current price lists of carriers.
1.3 The final shipping price is always displayed in the shopping cart before the order is submitted.
2. Slovak Republic
Delivery is available via:

registered letter (without prior notice, delivered by a postal courier),

For cash on delivery shipments to the Czech Republic, the seller reserves the right to change the cash on delivery currency to CZK, even if the order was placed in EUR, due to the technical conditions of the Zásilkovna / Packeta service, which allows cash on delivery exclusively in CZK.

6. Other Countries Worldwide
6.1 All other countries are delivered via Slovak Post.
6.2 Within the European Union:

6.3 Outside the European Union:

economy shipment up to 500 g – without tracking number, delivery at the customer’s own risk; the seller is not responsible for non-delivery,
-
tracked parcel over 500 g.
7. Personal Collection
7.1 Personal collection is possible exclusively by prior agreement:
-
at festivals,
-
at sales events,
-
in the city of Martin.
7.2 Personal collection applies only to orders placed by e-mail.
7.3 Payment options for personal collection:
-
bank transfer in advance,
-
payment card on site (terminal),
-
cash at sales events where available.
8. Order Dispatch and Delivery Times
8.1 The seller usually dispatches goods within 5 working days after receiving payment, or after receiving the order in the case of cash on delivery, unless stated otherwise for a specific product or on the website. During the festival season or in extraordinary circumstances, dispatch times may be extended, of which the customer will be informed. Orders are usually processed sooner.
8.2 The seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier.
8.3 Indicative delivery times:
-
shipments within Slovakia and the Czech Republic are usually delivered within 2 working days after dispatch,
-
shipments to Hungary, Poland, Austria and Romania are usually delivered within 3 working days after dispatch,
-
shipments within the European Union are usually delivered within 7 working days after dispatch,
-
shipments outside the European Union are usually delivered within 21 working days after dispatch.
The above delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination country, selected carrier, customs procedures, public holidays or other circumstances beyond the seller’s control.
9. Festival Season Restrictions
9.1 During the festival season (approximately mid-June to the end of August), the following may occur:
-
higher risk of product unavailability,
-
extended order processing time of up to 15 calendar days.
9.2 Festivals during which orders are not processed will be listed on the website.
9.3 Inventory is updated within 7 days after returning from a festival, unless festivals follow consecutively; in such cases, within 7 days after the last festival.
9.4 Information about extraordinary delays (e.g. health-related reasons) will be published on the website and customers may be notified by e-mail.
10. Payment Terms
10.1 Cash on delivery:

Slovakia – surcharge + €1

Czech Republic – surcharge + 25 CZK
10.2 Bank transfer is available for all countries. Payment must be completed within 7 working days, otherwise the order may be cancelled; in case of delay, the seller must be contacted.
10.3 Card payment (Google Pay / Apple Pay) is available in EEA countries via the payment gateway Comgate, a.s.
Payments are processed through a secure interface and authorized by the customer’s bank.
